The subject of the order is the delivery of a test stand with a volume of 1 m3 intended for testing dust explosion parameters. industrial. 2. The subject of the order must be performed to the extent and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ titled: "Description of the subject of the order" (hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ") and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order (including the conditions for the execution of the subject of the order, including the conditions and method of delivery and collection) are set out in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ entitled: "Designed provisions of the contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "PPU"). 3. The Ordering Party requires the contractor to provide a minimum 24-month warranty and guarantee (the warranty period will be equal to the warranty period), counting from the date of acceptance, for the subject of the order together with the equipment (delivered equipment/equipment). Detailed required warranty conditions are included in the PPU. Offers with a warranty period shorter than that required by the ordering party, i.e. 24 months, will be rejected as inconsistent with the SWZ requirements.
