Delivery of technological equipment - service devices with assembly according to the price form under task 43287 "Construction of garage buildings with accompanying infrastructure for DAS in Jarosław" The subject of the order is the supply of equipment technological according to the price form constituting Annex No. 4 to the RFQ, together with delivery, unloading, assembly, setting up in the indicated place and user training, as well as servicing during the warranty period, as part of task 43287 Jarosław. Place of implementation: Jarosław. APPLICATION FORM should be sent by the deadline of January 5, 2026. until 22:00 directly on the purchasing platform using the Make an offer tab. After sending the application form documentation of the proceedings will be sent at a later date. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. In order to minimize the risk related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to invite the Contractor to the procedure, after analyzing the financial situation, including existing liabilities.
