1. The subject of the order is: supply of technical materials (tm) for vehicles and military equipment, divided into two parts: 1) Part No. 1 - delivery of tapes for passenger and off-road vehicles, delivery vehicles and quads 2)Part No. 2 - delivery of tapes to medium and heavy duty trucks and trailers Delivery place: - Krosno Odrzańskie town - ul. Piastów 7, 66-600 Krosno Odrzańskie 2. The goods delivered by the Contractor will be of grade I, brand new, packed in the original packaging manufacturer, if any, consisting of from parts used for first assembly, and engine components must have part number or product feature. 3. The delivered goods in a given assortment item should be from the same manufacturer and correspond to all quality standards and have the required technical parameters. 4. The delivered goods must be marked with a barcode: a) goods must be marked with a barcode in accordance with Decision No. 3/MON of the Minister of National Defense of January 3, 2014, regarding guidelines specifying the requirements for barcode marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defense.
