Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of technical materials from the group of rubber and plastic products, hydraulic products, welding products, spare parts for field kitchens, burners, burner parts and plywood.

2. The order is divided into 15 tasks. Detailed description and scopes of the subject of the order are specified in the order documents (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order/Price form). Moreover, detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order indicated in task No. 10 are set out in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.

3. The terms and conditions of the order are specified in the documentents of the order (Appendix No. 3A-3B to SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU)).

Delivery of hydraulic parts

1. The subject of the order is the supply of hydraulic parts.

2. The terms of the order execution are specified in the order documents (Appendix No. 3A to the SWZ - Draft provisionsconclusion of the contract).

3. The description of the subject of the order is specified in the order documents (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).

4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right in the quantities and dates specified in the order documents (Appendix No. 2 and 3A to the SWZ)
