Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new, i.e. manufactured in the year of delivery or the year preceding the year of delivery, technical materials, batteries and tires for aircraft in the range and quantities specified in The price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into 16 tasks (parts), in accordance with the Price Form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.The products should meet the quality requirements specified in the documentation manufacturer's technical specifications for a given product. 4. The Contractor's quality management system should meet the requirements contained in PN: EN ISO 9001: 2015. 5. The Contractor provides a warranty for the delivered products for a period of 24 months/200 hours of work (depending on the expiry of earlier), counting from the date of receipt. 6. The Contractor will ensure a total operating period of not less than 7 years for the delivered tires (tires and inner tubes). 7. In addition, for the supplied aircraft batteries for aircraft, the Contractor ensures: -15 months the minimum service life of aircraft batteries; -no less than 3 years of minimum storage period for batteries in warehouses; -no limitation in operation on aircraft under the influence of vertical overloads and horizontal.
