Delivery of teaching aids to the sensory room and to a room for physical activities and corrective gymnastics as part of the project "Expansion and purchase of necessary equipment of Kindergarten No. 112 "Mali Przyrodnicy" in Poznań" Part I - delivery of sensory and gymnastic equipment Part II - monitor delivery interactive and audio equipment 1) The subject of the order is the supply of teaching aids to an educational institution as part of the project titled: "Expansion and purchase of necessary equipment for Kindergarten No. 112 "Mali Przyrodnicy" in Poznań" co-financed from European Union funds, as part of the European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the order has been divided into two parts: Part I - delivery of sensory and gymnastic equipment referred to in Annex 1a to the contract (Description of the subject of the order for Part I), is included in Annex No. 1a - Subject of the Contract. Part II - delivery of an interactive monitor and audio equipment referred to in Annex No. 1b to the contract (Description of the subject of the order for Part II), is included in Annex No. 1b - Subject of the Agreement. 3)The supplied equipment must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from third party rights, and of high quality. 4) Detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order specified was included in the Template Agreement with attachments, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the order is the supply of teaching aids to an educational institution...
