Tender Details

"Delivery of teaching aids to schools - truck driving simulator" 1. The subject of the order is the supply of teaching aids - a truck driving simulator to the School Complex in Staszów as part of the project "Development of infrastructure for practical vocational training in Staszowski County. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - which is also a Description of the offered equipment. 1) The contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable regulations and standards and the current level of knowledge technical, due diligence and arrangements with the Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with items that are brand new, of the highest quality, complete, meeting the requirements of applicable regulations, having documents required by law, enabling their safe operation and operation. Whenever trademarks, patents or origins, as well as standards are indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract or in the annexes to the detailed description of the subject of the contract - this means that the Ordering Party does not could describe the subject of the contract using sufficiently precise terms and accepts equivalent offers. The criteria for assessing equivalence are indicated in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e. in the Description of the subject of the contract. 2. The Ordering Party does not provide any requirements, o referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law - does not apply to deliveries. 3.
