Tender Details

Part No. 1 Aids for speech therapy classesThe contractor is responsible for the proper securing, transportation, unloading and bringing in the goods as well as for any damage, shortages or incompleteness detected until the acceptance protocol is signed without reservation. The place of delivery for this part and the possible division of the assortment between units are determined by the appropriate OPZ and the Ordering Party's instructions provided during the execution of the contract. The delivered assortment must be brand new, complete, safe, free from defects and ready for use as intended in educational institutions. The scope of this part includes in particular aids for speech therapy. The sample names indicated in the OPZ should be understood as a reference point for the level of required functionality, quality and teaching usefulness, with the possibility of equivalent solutions in accordance with SWZ and OPZ. The subject of the order for part No. 1 includes the supply of the assortment described in detail in Annex No. 1A to SWZ. The relevant OPZ covers 20 assortment items and specifies the minimum ones technical, qualitative and operational parameters that must be absolutely met by the offer.
