Part No. 1 FurnitureThe subject of the order for Part No. 1 includes the supply of the assortment described in detail in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. The relevant OPZ covers 2 assortment items and specifies the minimum technical, quality and operational parameters that must be strictly adhered to. met by the offer. The material scope of this part includes in particular the supply of school furniture, desks, wardrobes and other furniture equipment intended for use in classrooms. The sample names indicated in the OPZ should be understood as a point reference to the level of required functionality, quality, durability and didactic usefulness, subject to the principles of equivalence described in the SWZ. The assortment of this part should be brand new, complete, safe, compliant with applicable standards and ready for use as intended in an educational facility. If the OPZ provides for elements requiring assembly, installation, configuration, license activation or training, it is the Contractor's obligation to perform these activities as part of the offer price. Place of delivery for this parts and the possible division of the assortment between units are determined by the appropriate OPZ and the Ordering Party's instructions provided...
