The public order includes the supply and warranty service of tactical equipment - aids in limited visibility, as well as the supply of tactical clothing, under two separate items, as follows:
Separate item 1 "Delivery of aids in limited visibility";
Separate pposition 2: Delivery of tactical clothing.
Special position with subject: Delivery of means for video surveillance, video and photo recording" (OP 2 of the TC) will be awarded in accordance with the order of art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code in connection with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the PLO with an estimated cost of BGN 28, 000 excluding VAT.
