1. The subject of the order is the supply of a tablet computer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", together with accessories, hereinafter referred to as "accessories", for the International Center for the Theory of Quantum Technologies of the University of Gdańsk with option rights. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 30213200-7 tablet computer, 30237000-9 computer parts, accessories and products. 3. The subject of the order includes the supply of equipment and accessories carried out as part of: 1) basic order, 2) order covered by option rights, - in accordance with the quantities included in point 3 of the Offer Form - appendix No. 1 to SWZ. 4. Execution of an order covered by the option right: 1) The type and maximum number of equipment and accessories to be purchased under the option right: are specified in point 3 of the Offer Form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2) Orders under option rights will be executed on the same terms conditions as contained in the basic order, at the prices of the basic order proposed by the Contractor in point 3 of the Offer Form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right (to the full or partial quantitative extent indicated in point 3 of the Form tender - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), when, within the deadline for the implementation of the basic order, the Contractor submits an appropriate declaration of will to exercise the option right to the Contractor electronically. 4) The Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party in the event of: a) not submitted...
