Delivery of a system for the genetic identification of microorganisms with a device for fractionating DNA samples The subject of the planned order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of two complementary laboratory devices intended for carrying out analyzes in the field of genomics, transcriptomics, microbiology and proteomics, along with the necessary software, starting materials, user training and manufacturer's warranty. The supplier will provide both devices as part of one order, along with their full application compatibility for metagenomic analysis of microorganisms Device #1: Next Generation Sequencer (NGS) using short read technology. 1. Sequencing by synthesis (SBS) with dual-channel signal detection fluorescent or equivalent. 2. Support for single- and paired-end sequencing. 3. Full automation of key process stages, i.e. (i) on-board clonal amplification, (ii) denaturation libraries), (iii) sequencing, (iv) secondary data analysis. 4. No need to use emulsion PCR and additional external devices. 5. Read length range: at least 1 × 100 bp to 2 × 300 bp or more. 6. Maximum efficiency a single sequencing cycle is approximately 30 Gb of data. 7. The maximum number of readings generated in one work cycle is approximately 200 million in paired-end mode. 8.
