Delivery of system and database software licenses with support and support for the indicated licenses held by the Ordering Party. 1.The subject of the order is: 1) delivery of perpetual licenses for the Software: -Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Data Center 80-Core (*) EDU version or equivalent and -Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Remote Desktop Services (RDS) User CAL EDU version or equivalent and -Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Standard 2-Core EDU version with 3 years of Software Assurance (support) or equivalent and -Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Enterprise 2-Core EDU version with 3 years of Software Assurance (support) or equivalent; 2) support / Software Assurance (SA) for perpetual software licenses held by the Ordering Party, i.e. Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Enterprise 2-Core in the amount of 2 pieces in the EDU version (indicated in the table in point 1.3.3 of the SOPZ) The Ordering Party informs that the subject of this order is a quantitative expansion of resources - Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server possessed by the Ordering Party before this public procurement procedure, which means that the purpose of the contract in question is not to replace solutions owned by the Ordering Party intended to use the subject matter described herein orders. 2.
