Delivery of swivel chairs 1. The subject of the order is the supply of swivel chairs: a) as part of the basic order - 376 pcs. b) under the law covered by option law - 39 items. The Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 441 section 1 of the Act, reserves the right exercising the option right. The option right covers the acquisition (purchase) of the following products, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party and the available financial resources: The optional order will be processed at the same unit prices as in basic order, in accordance with the offer quote submitted by the Contractor. The Contractor is not entitled to claim against the Ordering Party for optional deliveries. 2. The detailed scope and conditions of the order are presented: - description of the item orders, draft contract, offer valuation, warranty document, templates of acceptance and transfer protocols, list of places of delivery of field equipment, template of the product card. above the documents constitute annexes to the SWZ and are its integral part.
