1. The subject of the order is the supply of swivel armchairs, various chairs and upholstered furniture:

1) Swivel office chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting - padded, 145 pieces;

2) Swivel office chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting - paddedy, 120 pcs.;

3) Swivel chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting - padded, 850 pcs;

4) Office chair for a computer, 16 pieces;

5) Office chair on a metal base - hard, 400 pieces;

6) Office chair on a metal base with asquare, 795 pcs.;

7) Office chair on a metal base, padded with a desk, 88 pcs.;

8) Padded wooden office chair, 20 pcs.;

9) Padded office chair, 50 pcs. pcs.;

10) Couch, 100 pcs.

The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex nr 2 to SWZ.

2. Based on Article. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party envisages the application of the option right.

If the gross value of the signed public procurement contract is lower than the gross value of the amount intended to finance the order, the Ordering Party willFor the remaining amount, the buyer will purchase, under the option right, an additional quantity:

- Swivel office chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting - padded WP1-5 up to 50 pieces;
