The contracting authority opens and conducts this "open" by type procedure on the basis of Art. 132, in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" from ZOP. The object of the public procurement is "delivery of goods carried out by purchase" according to the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP and has as its subject the conclusion of a contract with contractor for the supply and purchase of switchboards, according to the conditions and requirements of the announcement and documentation for participation.
