The aim of the realized project "Increasing the digital level of SYGNUM, s.r.o." It is an increase in the digital level of SYGNUM, s.r.o. The project objectives will be achieved through the purchase and introduction of advanced parts of the business information system that will ensure a significant shift in the company Digitization through the connection and management of corporate processes and individual branches of the company.

The project implementation will mean introduction and commissioning Advanced parts of the corporate information system that are currently missing in the company and their absence brings great losses. Within realization The project will be acquired by electronic devices and the corresponding software that enable to increase the efficiency of offered services and modernization of production procedures, which will lead to a major change and digitize the whole company not only at the company headquarters in Otrokovice, but also at individual branches in the old City, Olomouc, Seagull and Napajedly.

The company has deployed and currently uses the Helios Inuvio enterprise system, to which the contracting authority also holds License (hereinafter referred to as the "existing system"), which now does not cover all segments of the company. The subject of this public contract is extension the existing system and the introduction and commissioning of advanced parts of the business information system, which must contain at least the following new functionalities and modules:

➢ MOBILE MOBILE Warehouseman for working with a barcode terminal in a warehouse,

➢ module for registration of contracts

➢ module for forestry area economy,

➢ Extension of the transport module (forwarding),

➢ module for business intelligence, and

➢ Electronic document processing.
