1. The subject of the order is the supply of surgical threads and suture materials to SPZZOZ in Wyszkow. 2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 - Detailed price offer, and Annex No. 5 - Contract template.3. The offered medical products must meet the requirements of the European Parliament regulation and Council (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 117, as amended); must be legally placed on the market or put into service, CE marked (if required) and have the required information and instructions in Polish.4. Validity date delivered sterile products: at least 12 months from the date of delivery, unless the Head of the Hospital Pharmacy has previously agreed to a shorter period.
