The scope of the order includes delivery to the Purchaser's warehouse and unloading of the quantity of products delivered as requested. The contracting authority divides the order into 9 separate items. Separate items No. 1 ÷ No. 4 are detailed in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. In the event that a participant does not offer one or more products from the specific position for which he participates, he will be removed from the procedure for the particular specific position. In the event that a participant offers one or more products from the specific position for which he participates, but the same/same ones do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity has not been met and the participant will be removed from the procedure for the particular designated position.
