The subject of the order is the delivery of license subscriptions corresponding to the VMware licenses held by the Ordering Party (Broadcom Site ID 16986460) or equivalent, along with technical support. Detailed description of the subject of the order, list of tasks, deadlines and terms of execution of the subject of the order, payment, etc. were specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: "PPU"), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 1.
