Delivery of subscriptions corresponding to the VMware licenses held by the Ordering Party (or equivalent) along with technical support 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of subscriptions corresponding to the VMware licenses held by the Ordering Party (or equivalent) along with technical support. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party specifies the basic scope and the optional scope, the use of which is not the Ordering Party's obligation and depends on its current needs. The order is being processed under the option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, therefore the Ordering Party's failure to exercise the option does not constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue any claims against the Ordering Party. 2.
