Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of subscription units for the public cloud computing service for a period of 36 months. The subject of the order includes: 1.1. Basic (guaranteed) scope of the order - delivery of subscription units in in the field of public cloud computing service (Azure Prepayment or an equivalent solution in the amount of 57 units) active for a period of 36 months from the date of their delivery together with the provision of technical support services for the Microsoft Azure platform or an equivalent solution for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery of the units, 1.2. Scope of the order under the option - delivery of subscription units for the public cloud computing service (Azure Prepayment or an equivalent solution in maximum number of 359 additional units) active from the date of their delivery during the contract period. 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides: the offer evaluation order is reversed, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data...
