Delivery of subscription packages for standard services and standard software The subject of the Agreement is: 1) granting the Ordering Party a subscription to the HR System in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model along with the Manufacturer's support, in the scope and volume specified in the OPZ and Functional Requirements; 2) providing the Ordering Party with the HR System in the production environment and in non-production environments, including development, testing and programming tools for integration teams; 3) benefit maintenance, monitoring, backup, security and support services of the HR System throughout the duration of the Agreement, in accordance with the SLA parameters indicated in the Agreement; 4) granting the Ordering Party rights (license/subscription) to use the HR System in the scope specified in the Agreement; 5) providing warranty services for the HR System in the manner specified in the Agreement and OPZ; 6) providing the Ordering Party with the System Documentation to the extent specified in the Agreement, within deadlines enabling the Implementation Team to properly implementation of his works.
