Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of sterile packages for cataract surgery for the Centurion device.

2. The Ordering Party accepts partial offers.

3. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in the DSC, constituting Appendix No. 1-3 to the SWZ.

4. The Employer does not allow solutions equivalent toych.

5. The Ordering Party requires that the expiry date for the delivered subject of the order is min. 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the seat of the Ordering Party.

6. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order offered by the Contractor has all the permits for use required by lawlicenses, approvals, certificates.
