1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a 16 mm steel rope in the quantities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Print Offer and Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract.2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ Technical Requirements.3. The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as PPU) constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes.5. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not provides for the possibility of exercising the option right.6. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not require the submission of any relevant evidence.7. The ordering party requires a deposit in the amount specified in the order documents
