Delivery of steel elements as a material reserve for the reconstruction of high voltage poles The subject of the order is the supply of steel elements for the material reserve for the reconstruction of high voltage poles. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV SWZ. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
