Delivery of a stationary X-ray machine along with adaptation of the laboratory as part of the implementation of the program entitled "Improving access and quality in the treatment of heart and vascular diseases through the purchase of specialized medical equipment... 1.The subject of the order is: 1.1 Delivery, installation and commissioning of the X-ray machine with parameters consistent with Annex 2 to the SWZ together with the adaptation of the room in the Specialist Hospital. F. Ceynowy ul. Jagalskiego 10, 84-200 Wejherowo. 1.2. Adaptation of rooms, design, delivery and installation radiological protection, performance and development of acceptance tests, commissioning and handing over the X-ray machine, also known as equipment, in a ready-to-use condition to the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law reserves the right invalidation of the procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the contract in question are not awarded to it. Pursuant to Art. 131 section 2 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor conducts prior submitting an offer for a site visit. To inquire about the site visit and to arrange its date, please contact Ms. Katarzyna Dąbkowska, tel. 58 572 72 40 from: 8:00-13:00. A certificate of completion will be provided to the Contractor following the inspection site visit. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor.
