Tender Details

Delivery of standard software with licenses, update rights and subscriptions 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of standard software along with licenses, update rights and subscriptions. Detailed Item Description The order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"). 2. The order consists of the basic scope and option rights: a) the basic scope includes delivery and activation of the subscription, where the start of the first Subscription Period starts from on November 1, 2026. If the Agreement is concluded after November 1, 2026, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the continuity of the Ordering Party's license rights in accordance with the Manufacturer's licensing rules. Subsequent Subscription Periods begin immediately after the expiry of the previous period, with the total subscription period being 36 months. b) the option right covers additional deliveries of products in the first Subscription Period and the second Subscription Period. 3. Wherever the Ordering Party, describing in SWZ and OPZ the subject of the order, used trademarks or other terms characterizing products delivered by a specific contractor, this means, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, that it is justified by the specific nature of the subject of the contract and The ordering party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way.
