Tender Details

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one party for the supply of various standard software, including associated services, functional advice and license management. The NZa wants this to be functional and technical bringing support together in one contract. This party acts as a broker between the NZa and suppliers of the Standard Software. This brings supply and demand together. The framework agreement concluded with the winning party is the framework within which specific government contracts within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012 are concluded with suppliers of various Standard Software to be determined later. The repetitive nature of deliveries and services, as well as the diversity of providers, are the main reasons main reasons for choosing a framework agreement.
