I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER 1. The subject of this order is: the supply of standard diesel oil and diesel oil with improved temperature properties, meeting the quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). 2.The offered oil must comply with the regulations in force on the date of submission of offers. In the event of changes to the provisions referred to above or their replacement by other provisions - during the tender procedure in question or during the validity of the contract concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure - the supplied diesel oil must always meet the requirements resulting from the regulations in force on the date of delivery. 3. The offered and delivered oil must be microbiologically clean and resistant throughout the year to possible microbiological contamination in tanks and installations of gas stations and vehicles. 4.All components of the offered and delivered diesel fuel must be compatible. 5. Additives of the offered and delivered diesel fuel must be compatible with all engine oils available on the market. 6.Diesel fuel is intended to power diesel engines in city buses meeting EURO 5 and EURO 6 exhaust emission standards, operated in public transport. 7.The oil will be delivered by tanker truck...
