1. The subject of the order is the supply of SQL Server Standard 2022 (2 Core) software licenses and server operating system licenses, divided into 2 parts, i.e.:

1) Lot No. 1: delivery of SQL Server Standard 2022 (2 Core) software licenses.

2) Lot No. 2: delivery of server licensesoperating systems, i.e.:

a) Windows Server 2022 Datacenter,

b) Windows Server 2022 Standard,

c) Windows Server 2022 1 User CAL,

or equivalent software.*

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the description of the subject of the order for parts No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, constituting Annex nor 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (PPU).

3. The description of the rules and detailed conditions for the execution of the order within the individual parts of the subject of the order are included in the PPU.
