Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, transport, unloading and bringing into the Ordering Party's warehouses of sports clothing and sports equipment, divided into 7 parts, specified in Annex No. 4 A - G to SWZ - "Detailed price offer - part No. 1 - 7" .

2.Quality standards have been presentedincluded in Annex No. 4 A - G to SWZ - "Detailed price offer" and SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for any number of parts

taking into account the division of the scope of the order into 7 parts presented in Annex No. 4 A - G to SWZ - "Detailed price offer - part no. 1 - 7", however, offers must be complete, i.e. the Contractor is obliged to offer an assortment including all items from a given part.
