Delivery of spirometers - case number: Z/67/PN/26 1. The subject of the order is the supply of spirometers (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. Purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in section 1 will be made under Agreement No. UM_WR.431.3.264.2025 with co-financing of the project "Purchase of medical equipment for the Dr. Wł. Biegański Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" No. FEKP.06.10-IZ.00-0004/25 co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 6.
