1. The subject of the order is the supply of spinal implants in accordance with the requirements contained in Appendix 1 to this Specification.2. Validity period: min. 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. Additional conditions regarding the item order: a) The Contractor undertakes to deliver and deposit at the Ordering Party's registered office (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1) the subject of the order together with the instruments free of charge for the duration of the contract, in accordance with Appendix No. 1. b) The Contractor will be obliged to submit instruments along with a list or photos of the tools.c) The Contractor will be obliged to supplement and service the instruments provided to the Buyer under the contract free of charge.4. If you offer new products that have not been used before, the Ordering Party, the Contractor will be obliged to train the Ordering Party's staff free of charge at the Ordering Party's headquarters (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1), no later than 30 days from signing the contract, ending with the issuance of personal certificates, confirming employees' participation in the training.
