Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a spectrophotometer with additional equipment meeting the requirements set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the Device or Object of Sale. 2) The offered device must be brand new, unused, and comes from current production (year of production not older than 2025), has appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland3) The scope of the order includes: purchase of the device along with delivery, transport, unloading, bringing it into the premises Ordering Party.4) Order completion date: up to 8 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the delivery date in relation to the required deadline indicated above. The offer that shortens the implementation time will receive points in the offer evaluation using the criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer.5) Required minimum warranty period: a) for the device: 12 months; b) for additional equipment: 12 monthsThe warranty period begins on the date the Ordering Party signs the acceptance protocol Subject of the Agreement.
