Brief description: Within the framework of the dynamic purchasing system (DSP), public orders will be awarded for the supply of specific medical devices and consumables necessary for the operation of the clinics and departments at the UMBAL "PROF. DR STOYAN KIRKOVICH AD. 2. Division of categories of the dynamic purchasing system (DSP). The dynamic purchase system is not divided into categories - its subject includes medical devices, the distribution and trading conditions of which are regulated of the Law on Medical Devices, and for the same, uniform criteria for the selection of participants and uniform conditions of supplies will be applied. Reasons for impossibility to divide the subject into independent positions: There is a recommendation for the National electronic platform, not to be used for a large number of independently identified positions.
