"Delivery of specific medical devices and consumables for the needs of the "Orthopedic-trauma department" of "MBAL - Haskovo" AD"

The order is divided into 3 (three) separate items.

The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the offers for the Separate positions.

Participants offer all products included in the separate heading under which they participate.

In the event that a participant does not offer one or more products from the specific position in which he participates, he will be removed from the procedure for the specific specific position.

In the event that a participant offers one or more products from the specific positionin which he participates, but the same/same ones do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity is not respected and the participant will be removed from the procedure for the specific specific position.

The contracting authority has the right to change the quantities of products specified in the Technical Specifications, according to its needs, including refusing the supply of certain types of products, as well as requesting new types that are not included in the Technical Specifications, but are in fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement. "New species" means: when discontinued and/orimport equivalent to the types of medical devices that are included in the Technical Specifications.

The requirements that the products must meet are specified in the Technical Specifications and in these guidelines.
