Delivery of specialized X-ray diagnostic equipment along with adaptation of the room of the Diagnostic Imaging Laboratory in the Prison in Płock 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of specialized diagnostic equipment, assembly and commissioning of the X-ray machine stationary osteopulmonary unit with an X-ray lamp on a floor column with a U-type arm, a dental X-ray unit with a complete warranty service and training of the Ordering Party's staff, as well as adaptation - adaptation of the room, in accordance with the description of the adjustment works included in Annex No. 1 B, which is an attachment to the Offer Form, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Detailed description of the subject of the order, minimum requirements, technical, functional and operational parameters, what devices and equipment must meet, as well as the scope of adaptation works for the room and the activities necessary to install and start up the devices are included in the above attachment. 1.
