Delivery of a specialized vehicle for grinding a tram track to "Stolichenelectrotransport" EAD, as follows: The subject of the present public order is the delivery of a specialized vehicle for grinding a tramway railway to "Stolichen Elektrotransport" EAD. 1. The specialized vehicle is for grinding a tram track of "Stolichenelectrotransport" EAD and has a rail device for gauge 1009 mm and 1435 mm. 2. The Contractor must train 7 of the Employer's employees to operate the specialized vehicle. 3. The specialized car must be accompanied by Technical Documentation, according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, to be provided with the necessary documents for technical supervision, to have a pre-control authority certification and to be registered with the Traffic Police. 4. the subject of this public procurement also includes the obligation to register the delivered specialized vehicle with the traffic police from the name and at the expense of the Employer.
