Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a specialized passenger car of the City Guard in Suwaki.2. The order covers the purchase and delivery of a brand new special vehicle for the needs of the City Guard in Suwaki.3. The offered car must be factory-built new, undamaged, accident-free, technically efficient, free of construction, material, workmanship and legal defects. 4. Year of production of the car: 2025 or 2026, body color metallic silver, permissible total weight no. exceeding 3.5 tons, marked as a police car and equipped with light and sound signals.5. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.6. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order using its own transport, at its own expense and risk, to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in Suwaki at ul. Noniewicza 71A.7. The subject of the order will be collected at the Ordering Party's office after prior written notification to the Ordering Party about the preparation for collection of the vehicle.8. Confirmation of the delivery of the subject of the order by the Contractor and its acceptance by the Ordering Party will be a handover protocol, signed without reservations by representatives of both parties.9.
