Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of specialized chemical products intended for the operation of F-35 multi-role aircraft. 2. The order was divided into 30 parts. 3. The contractor may submit an offer for all or selected parts proceedings. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, provided that the offer must include the delivery of all product items as part of the selected task. The offer does not include a complete valuation of the product range specified in selected part is subject to rejection. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order (i.e. quality parameters, functional features and other requirements) is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements contained herein document. 5. Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party included in the OPZ a list of products that are approved for use in accordance with the documentation of the equipment manufacturer Lockheed Martin. The contractor may offer an equivalent product (not available on the list indicated in the OPZ), provided that it complies with the guidelines contained in the current GUC "General Use Consumables (GUC) List", developed by the equipment manufacturer Lockheed Martin. 6. Method of access to information constituting part of the SWZ, which were not made available on the website of the proceedings being conducted: 6.1. The Ordering Party informs that the SWZ contains sensitive information that cannot be made available on the website...
