Delivery of specialist equipment and IT infrastructure for the needs of an educational institution, as part of the project entitled: Think, create, act School of new opportunities in Bków Górne - co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the Regional Program European Funds for the EU 2021-2027, under contract no. FELD.08.07-IZ.00-0140/25-00: Part 1 Delivery of server, network and emergency power supply infrastructure;2. A detailed description of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ an integral part of the SWZ and in Annex No. 6, i.e. the contract template.3. The Ordering Party informs that the purchase of computer equipment and accessories covered by this procedure is exempt from tax on goods and services pursuant to: Art. 83 section 1 point 26 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on the tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended), in connection with the supply of computer equipment for educational institutions / scientific units / public benefit organizations, and 8 section 1 point 13 of the Minister's regulation Finance of December 20, 2013 on exemptions from tax on goods and services and the conditions of application...
