Tender Details

1. Subject of the order: Supply of specialized dressings. The subject of the order has been divided into 6 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the order: Package No. 1 - Delivery of specialized dressings for the treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds I Package No. 2 - Delivery of specialist dressings Package No. 3 - Delivery of dressings for children Package No. 4 - Delivery of specialized dressings with manuka honey Package No. 5 - Delivery of specialized dressings and wound strips Package No. 6 - Delivery paraffin dressings 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (unless applies) and with other applicable legal provisions in this regard, provided that the offered item is a medical device. 4.
