Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the Supply of spare parts for vehicles under the framework agreement for the years 2023-2025, in the scope of the following 3 tasks:

Task No. 1 - parts for STAR vehicles;

Task No. 2 - parts for the JELCZ 442.32 vehicle;

Task No. 3 - parts for a HONKER vehicle.

2.If the economic operator intends to entrust the performance of a part of the contract to a subcontractor, the contracting authority requests that the economic operator indicate in the OFERTA form information about the subcontracting expected under a given task and indicate the part of the contract that the economic operator is to perform under a given task.a intends to entrust to the subcontractor(s) (if they are already known) along with the names/companies of the subcontractor(s) (also in ESPD part II section D).

3. The contractor submits an offer via the purchasing platform (SmartPzp). The method of its submission is described in the procurement documents.

4. Implementation conditionsthe order is specified in the procurement documents.
