Delivery of spare parts for SA139 rail buses 1. The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for SA139 rail buses - speed display operator panel, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in the Annex No. 2.1 and in Annex No. 4 (Contract template) to the SWZ. 2. The offered parts must: - strictly comply with the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, - be original, brand new, free from defects, meet the appropriate quality requirements and European requirements standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, as well as not encumbered with the rights of third parties, - meet the requirements specified in the Contract Template. 3. Contractors who: 1) are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances o referred to in Art. 108 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, provided that in the Procedure the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in Art. 108 section 1 point 1 letter h of the Public Procurement Law, and in the case referred to in Art. 108 section 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision has been convicted of an offense specified in Art. 108 section 1 point 1 letter h of the Public Procurement Law, and are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in: - art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU L. of 2014, No. 229, page 1, as amended; hereinafter referred to as "Regulation 833/2014"), - art....
