The type, description and terms of delivery are specified in Appendix 2.1 (Price Form) and in Appendix 4 (Specimen Agreement) to the ToR. The offered parts (Lagerdeckel to SA132) must strictly comply with the requirements set out in Appendix 2.1 to the SWZ; be brand new, free from defects, comply with the relevantquality requirements and requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, as well as those not encumbered by third party rights; have a quality control document 2.1 upon delivery (the requirement for a quality control document has been clarified in relation to assortment itemsand indicated in the Price Form) issued on the basis of the PN EN 10204:2006 standard or an equivalent standard that meets the requirements of TSI, which should be referred to and according to which the compliance of the Goods with the issued certificate / document should be ensured, be manufactured not earlier than 12 (twelve )days before the order completion date.
