1. The subject of the order is the supply of solid fuel, wood pellets, to the SP ZOZ Specialist Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Zotec, ul. Kasko 1, 78-520 Zocieniec.2. The ordered wood pellets must meet the quality criteria specified in the PN-EN ISO 17225-2:2014-09 standard or equivalent (or newer PN-EN ISO 17225-2:2021 or equivalent) or EN-14961-2 class A1 or equivalent (DINplus or ENplus) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 8, 2025 on quality requirements for biomass obtained from trees and shrubs placed on the market or placed under the customs authorization procedure in the form of briquettes or pellets (Journal of Laws 2025, item 618), i.e.: 2.1. raw material: sawdust and swirls, 2.2. calorific value: 18, 000 kJ/kg, 2.3. length: 5 35 mm, 2.4. allowable diameter: 6 8 mm, 2.5. after: 2.6. humid: 2.7. sulfur content: 2.8. nitrogen content: 2.9. additives facilitating pressing: only natural biomass additives are allowed 3.
