The subject of the order is the delivery of a SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced for Enterprise AE1000 subscription with support manufacturer. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the template Agreement with annexes, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 2. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts and does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers: The subject of the order titled: "Extension for 36 months of the SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced for Enterprise AE1000 subscription with the ability to monitor website performance (WPM), along with manufacturer support" should not be divided in parts, due to its nature - that is, technical, organizational and teleological premises, because it constitutes a coherent whole in technological terms, and all its elements are related and affect the correctness, safety and effective solution quality.
