1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the supply of software supporting 3D education, 3D anatomy atlas in connection with the implementation of the project entitled Excellent University - education for the economy co-financed by funds European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027, for the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been awarded to it.1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the parameters and required conditions is included in Annex A to The offer form, which is an integral part of the SWZ, and the provisions in point 5) 1.3. SWZ also presenting the scope and requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order.
