The software in question is an IT program or a package of cooperation with IT programs, Sucy to the slide of electronic documentation of medicinal products and veterinary medicinal products, which are transmitted to ordering in ECTD, Nees, Vnesa formats. Due to the specificitythe subject of the plant, regarding the secrecy of the enterprise, which is listed by the content of the documentation of medicinal products, it is reserved that when the execution is being developed, the contractor may entrust the subcontractors to conduct training for the Employer's employees. Subcontractors could not be entrusted to grantsoftware license, or its installation or servicing for the Ordering Employer in the whole period of the implementation of the plan (contract). REPORTS was specified in detail in the beginning of 3 to SWZ - the proposed provisions of the contract, which contain indications characteristic of products or using, i.e.freight, patents or origin/RDA.
